Sometimes life can be quite difficult, even overwhelming, and it can feel like a scary or lonely place to be. Perhaps there have been significant changes in your life or maybe you just wish to understand yourself better, find answers or gain a new perspective. Sometimes all we want is for someone to listen to us.
By providing a safe and nurturing space, we can work together to explore the issues which have brought you to seek support and enable you to better understand your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Counselling can be short or long term, whichever option is the most comfortable for you! As long as you know that there is no need to suffer in silence or feel alone.
Due to the current climate, I’m only able to offer online and telephone counselling and have some slots available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9.30 am – 2pm.
