Hello and a warm welcome to you!
Life can be wonderful but it can also be quite difficult. Sometimes we get thrown some challenging curve balls and that can feel pretty overwhelming. Like a roller coaster, there will be ups and downs and when we are down, it can feel scary, lonely and perhaps just a bit too much. There may have been significant changes in your life or maybe just moments that you wish to understand better, find answers to or gain a new perspective on. Sometimes all we want is for someone to see us and listen to us.
The space I provide you with is safe, confidential, nurturing and yours. We work together to explore the issues which have brought you to seek support. I’m here to walk with you, hear you and support you so that you can better understand your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Counselling can be short or long term, weekly, fortnightly or once a month. It can be face to face, or online/telephone- whichever option is the most necessary for you! As your needs change so will the frequency of therapy and the medium used. I think it’s important to reflect that and be open to flexibility.
